Barts and the London NHS Trust 2007- 2012
Martin has worked recently with the Trust on Managed Equipment Services for Radiotherapy and Imaging equipment include advice on contract development, financial models and equipment selection.

North Bristol NHS Trust 2007 - 2010
HTM worked with the Trust throughout the bidding process for this PFI project as advisers covering all equipment aspects of the project. The preferred bidder has now been selected and construction started.

Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital 2008 - 2012
HTM have helped develop the equipment database, specifications and documentation in preparation for tender for redevelopment of the Royal Hospital.

Southampton University Hospital NHS Trust 2008 - 2013
HTM have been working closely with the Trust team to develop Managed Equipment Services for Diagnostic Imaging equipment.

North Middlesex University Hospital 2008 -2010
We have worked closely with Bouygues UK construction company in the procurement of and design for medical equipment and furniture with particular emphasis on major imaging equipment.

Humber River Hospital Toronto, Ontario - 2010-2012
HTM have worked with the Hospital and advisory team to develop the first Managed Equipment Service in Canada.

William Osler Health System Brampton, Ontario - 2013-2015

HTM have worked with the Hospital and advisory team to develop the second Managed Equipment Service in Canada. This covers a wide range of Diagnostic Imaging equipment across three sites.

Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill, Ontario - 2013- 2015

HTM worked with the Hospital as part of the advisory team to develop an MES for medical equipment to equip the new 350 bed Vaughan acute hospital. The MES also includes equipment at the current Richmond Hill Hospital.

Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill, Ontario - 2014 - 2016

Mackenzie Health has sucessfully developed a MIS (Managed ICAT Service) to cover Information Communication and Automation Technology for the new Vaughan Hospital. HTM Consulting supported the hospital and advisory team on this project.
